Wow another week has flown by and it’s time to post this week’s menu. This menu was scribbled out on a piece of scrap paper during the whopping 10 minutes that I had to myself for lunch on Thursday. Whenever I throw together a menu that quickly, it’s almost always filled with family favorites. My oldest found the chicken scratch this morning and proclaimed that she was so excited because this week’s menu features “all of my favorites!”
Saturday: Jambalaya, salad and beer bread
Sunday: Chicken stew with biscuits
Monday: Hamburgers on homemade pretzel rolls, smashed potatoes, broccoli
Tuesday: Turkey Pesto Meatballs, angel hair, salad
Wednesday: Chicken Milano, angel hair, salad
Thursday: Turkey meatball subs on homemade sub rolls, salad
Friday: Vodka Cream Penne, salad
