We are stuck in a cold snap and I am sick of it.  I’m so over roasted meats, soups and stews.  This week you won’t find any of that.  We’re in need of some ideas for our upcoming menus.  Tell us what you want to see on Only From Scratch!

Saturday: Out

Sunday:  Bistro Chicken, rice, salad

Monday: Hamburgers on homemade pretzel rolls, skillet potatoes, corn

Tuesday: Pork tenderloin medallions in sundried tomato sauce, pasta, salad

Wednesday: Beef Short Ribs, mashed potatoes, broccoli

Thursday: Honey mustard chicken, mixed grains, creamed spinach

Friday: Philly Cheese Steaks

Breakfast:  Baked Chocolate Donuts
