It’s negative zero here in New York this week so I planned a menu containing some winter favorites, but also a couple things that remind me of summer!  Recipes and pictures to follow!

Saturday:  Steak with mushroom risotto and garden salad

SundayLasagna, garden salad and Italian bread

MondayStir fried chicken with bok choy

Tuesday:  Slow cooker shredded beef tacos and corn

Wednesday: Creamy chicken and rice soup (with bacon!)

Thursday:  Left over night!

Friday: Homemade chicken tenders, home fries and vegetables
