I cannot believe that it’s February already. Hopefully that means that this freezing cold weather will be leaving us very soon. I have had enough! We were a little slow with updates last week after bouts of illness swept the household. We’re all back on our feet and catching up. Without further delay, I present this week’s menu!
Saturday: General’s Chicken over rice, broccoli
Sunday: Slow Cooker Chili, salad
Monday: Italian Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, green beans
Tuesday: Left over night
Wednesday: Ham and Cheese Quiche, corn
Thursday: Macaroni and Cheese, broccoli
Friday: Popcorn Chicken, fried potatoes, salad
